Volunteering for VBS 2008 is easy as 1,2,3!

1. Take a look below at the following VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES available for you at this year's Vacation Bible School!

2. Decide whether you want to work with Preschool or Elementary kids (or if it doesn't matter).

3. Fill out the online form below!

 

Crew Leader – guide a “crew” of approximately 6 children through a rotation of the activities each day. Crew Leaders also keep attendance, facilitate discussion and join in the fun.

Decorations Committee - help create and decorate for our Power Lab VBS.

Crafts Station Worker  - plan daily crafts and assist children in making them.

Games Station Worker - plan and teach fun, themed outdoor recreation activities.
    
Snacks Station Worker  - coordinate and prepare daily snacks.
    
Bible Adventures Worker - teach daily Bible point lesson through drama & props

Chadder’s Theater Worker for Preschool Only – NEW Rotation for Preschool this year. Station workers will introduce the video and have discussion about Chadder’s adventures. (Please note: Elementary will watch Chadder at the Finale instead of a rotation like preschool.)
    
Photographer – enthusiastic photographers needed to help with Spotlight Drama and take snapshots of all VBS activities.
    
Registration Assistants - help organize registration, greet and direct parents.
    
Nursery Workers – work in the nursery for children of VBS workers under 3 years old who cannot attend VBS.
    
Assist with meals for VBS volunteers - Prepare and serve food for VBS volunteers. (Food will be provided).

Substitute  – willing volunteer to show up each night and be a floater where needed.
